Doubts

(Here's something to do with an action-prophecy type thing that I think will do this clan some good.... Sorry If I favor Ivypaw a little, but she's going to play a big role in this. If you want any of your cats to be mentioned more, please say so!)

Ivypaw woke up in the apprentice's den, stretching her jaws wide in a giant yawn. Next to her, Onyxpaw stirred.
"You woke me up!" he complained as the other apprentices woke up as well.
Russetpaw glared. "Thanks," she said. "I was having a really good dream."
Bluepaw grumbled something inaudible, and Ivypaw backed up. "Well, sorry," she said scathingly, leaving the den.
Goldenpaw and Wolfpaw opened their eyes, blinking out the rays of sun. "What happened?" Goldenpaw asked the other apprentices.
"Ivypaw woke everyone up with her yawn," Willowpaw explained from the entrance of the den.
"Well, there's no use in going back to sleep now," Bluepaw grumbled.
Wolfpaw brightened. "You're right!" he said. "Let's go outside!"

Ivypaw sighed as she plopped herself down at the entrance of the den. She turned around and saw the other apprentices coming out as well. Her mind suddenly filled with anger, and she turned away, facing the medicine cat's den. Plumpaw came padding out, Ripplestep by his side. "No dreams from StarClan, right?" Ripplestep asked her apprentice as they stopped in the middle of the clearing. Plumpaw shook his head, but Ivypaw's thoughts erupted in flames. StarClan? she thought coldly. Like they would help us. They're just a bunch of dead cats; what can they do? Plumpaw walked over to the other apprentices and joined in the sharing of tongues. Ivypaw glared at the ground. How could such cats believe in such an impossible thing as StarClan?

(oooo XD Not really sure where this should head, but you guys can write some things to kinda push the story in the right direction.... :D)

    Starshine woke, she was in a playful short of mood. She decided that she was going to talk to the apprentices. Most of the time they were fun to talk to. She stood up not awaking anyone and went out she quickly took a mouse for brefest and to the apprentices. "Hi everyone " she said brightly.

    Willowpaw could almost see ivypaw's anger and came over. "What's wrong?" She began to groom Ivypaw.

    (um, but ivypaw will take a bit to get used to 'friends' with a hawkie cat)

    Ivypaw pulled away sharply. "Nothing." She turned and cast a disgusted gaze on the other apprentices. What kind of clan is this, if everything they do is for a deity? She did things for herself, not somebody else. Ivypaw snorted and stomped away.

    Goldenpaw looked after the angered apprentice. "What's wrong with her?" she muttered under her breath, then turned back to the other apprentices.

    Onyxpaw sighed as he flicked a tail at Goldenpaw. "She's just... going to take some time adjusting to this clan thing, I think. Don't worry, she'll come around."

    Onyxpaw shrugged and watched as Ivypaw flicked her tail in irritation and padded to the other side of the clearing to eat a meal. "We'll find out eventually," he said to Goldenpaw.

    Ripplestep called out, "Plumpaw! Can you go out and collect some comfrey? We need some more!" Then Rainfall padded out of the warriors den and asked Russetpaw, "Want to go for training early? I can teach you how to stalk prey today!"

    "Odd" Starshine thought "all the apprentices are looking glum". She stoped in her tracks. Looking around the camp im the only one who noticed Starshine quickly looked around for an escape. Seeing none she padded forward "Hey guys whats wrong?"

    Starshine knew that she should have taken the escape rote. Starshine decided if the apprentices weren't going to tell her then they ant going to tell she moved off to the forest to hunt.

    Rainfall muttered and bounded towards the group of apprentices. Ripplestep commented, "I guess he's not in such a good mood today. Russetpaw! Are you sure there isn't something wrong with you guys? If not, then maybe you guys hcan have an early start on training!"

    Onyxpaw rolled his eyes. "Say that to your mentor," he quipped, and took a large bite. "It's watery, but it's nice and fat," he mumbled to the two over his fish.

    Ivypaw looked over at her brother and smiled slightly. She was glad he was making friends, but she thought it was a bit sad that he believed in StarClan like the rest of them. This HawkClan was good, with loyal cats, but seriously. They weren't all that smart.
