Moonstar stood atop the Great Boulder and looked down at the clan. "Cats of HawkClan!" she exclaimed. "Ripplestep and I will now begin on our journey to the StarPool. Darkflame will be in charge." She looked over at the medicine den. "Ripplestep, please prepare some traveling herbs. That is all."

Ripplestep dips her head and bounds away to the medicine cat den. Returns a few minutes later with a bundle of herbs.
ReplyDeleteMoonstar nodded. The two cats gulped down the herbs and began to pad out of the territory. "Good bye!" Blackash called as they left. Snowkit squealed. "Moonstar, come back!"

Spiritpaw curled her tail around her paws. She stretched, and shook her pelt. She padded over to Firpaw. "Hey, I'm Spiritpaw," she said. "I don't think I've introduced myself to you yet."

Moonstar turned back and nodded. "Come!" she called to Sparrowpaw.
ReplyDeleteDarkflame stood in the shadows, watching his apprentice converse with Firpaw.
ReplyDeleteStormsky purred at Snowkit. "Moonstar will come back soon," she told her. "She's going to the Moonpool." She smiled at Aspentail, who was staring at the kits lovingly.
Moonstar nodded at the rest of the clan and the three cats left.
